To anchor a grassroots marketing campaign and to help generate new visits to Hartford, Elkinson + Sloves teamed up with Connecticut Museum of Culture and History, Hartford Public Library and other City stakeholders to create “389 Years in 389 Steps” Hartford History Walk encircling Connecticut’s Old State House.

Results: Hartford's mayor hosted a ribbon cutting in October 2024 with the City’s major arts and sports stakeholders. Reception for the History Walk was so positive, the excibit was extended for another year.
